About Me

From Commutes to Collaboration

For a long time, my "normal" was defined by a long commute, and an open plan office space.

I would sit at that desk, looking around at rooms full of talented people, and think:

“We could be doing so much more.”

I saw incredible internal experts. People with decades of wisdom, sitting on the sidelines because their managers were too busy to organize them.

I saw companies treating development as a "nice-to-have" sidelined for later. Even though it was the very solution to the problems they were struggling to solve.

I knew that my time and efforts could be used for something bigger.

I knew that development shouldn't be an afterthought, it should be the engine.

The Leap

Following my beliefs

In 2025, my wife and I made a decision that changed our lives

We moved to Japan.

It was the ultimate risk. We weren't just moving to a new culture; we were doing so while preparing to welcome our first child into the world. People asked me if I was scared. The truth? I was terrified of failing to provide for my growing family.

But I was even more terrified of staying in the "9-to-5 norm" and never fulfilling the mission I had to help others grow.

I didn’t want to just have a job; I wanted to build a legacy. I wanted to create a life where my work had a direct, measurable impact on people’s lives and businesses, while being present for the moments that matter most at home.

You Already Have the Experts.

I Provide the Architecture.

I don’t believe in "off-the-shelf" training.

I believe your company already has the answers, and they are most likely locked inside the heads of your best employees.

The problem isn't a lack of expertise; it's a lack of time and tools. Busy managers are often too overwhelmed to organise their team’s knowledge into something usable. That is where I come in.

As a Learning Architect, I don’t come in to replace your team;

I partner with you to build the systems and resources that let your people shine.

Whether it’s custom Toolkits, eLearning modules, or Learning Journals, I provide the guidance to turn internal expertise into your greatest competitive advantage.

What Success Means to me.

Success is a shared journey

Success for me isn't just about building a company and making money.

It’s about the impact I can have on the global skills shortage.

It’s about every organisation that finally gets its people "off and running" because they finally had the right tools to develop them.

It’s about trusting your people to take you places.

I am driven by the idea of supporting as many businesses as I can, helping them bridge the gap between where they are and where their people can take them.
